The Work Experience Program offers employers an opportunity to provide on-the-job training for adult participants through a practical skill development and training opportunity. Learners receive credit and a recommendation for this work experience. The main stakeholders - the learners, the employers, and the Motive-Action Training Foundation – all benefit in a number of ways from being part of a properly managed placement process.

We regard the placement as a three-way partnership between the employer, the student, and the Motive-Action Training Foundation.

All participants complete a pre-screening process before being placed with an employer.

Placements are based on the participant's academic standing, punctuality, and attendance at Motive-Action.

As work experience opportunities exist throughout the entire year, the time schedule will be arranged between the employer and the participant.

Participants are evaluated throughout the placement and at the end of the work experience.
